• Lifeguarding our indoor and outdoor swimming pools and keeping our members and visitors safe
• Welcoming guests and members and dealing with general enquiries
• Completing and recording safety checks
• Dealing with any issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Supporting other departments as required, including the cleaning team when you're not on poolside.
  
  Fully NPLQ qualified
• Able to act quickly, calmly and effectively to any situation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by schedules and business needs
