Full Job Description
Managing all telephone and initial email enquiries received by the Investment Team, through the mediums of Welsh and English.
Oversee the Community Investment Expression of Interest process, providing applicants with access to online application forms where they have evidenced that they are eligible for Sport Wales funding.
To update databases, such as the Online Investments Management System, and maintain records to ensure the integrity of our investment data.
Fulfil responsibilities which contribute to delivering an exemplary service for Sport Wales in respect of our statutory duties, including the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales), Equality, Information Security, Risk Management, Safeguarding, Financial Regulation and Health, Safety & Environment.
Work flexibly, performing any other duties as required, where relevant to the post and appropriate to the grade.

The post-holder should have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to deliver a service which promotes good customer service.
You will require no prior knowledge of Sport Wales funding or systems as training and support will be provided as part of a full induction. An applicant's approach to behaviours and skills will be the most critical element of the recruitment process., The post-holder will need prior experience of working in a customer-service role, strong relationship building skills and the ability to respond and adapt positively to a variety of situations and people to meet changing priorities.
You will need to be organised and committed to working as part of a team.
The most important attribute is the enthusiasm in approach to work with the public to support positive outcomes through strong customer focus skills., 5 GCSEs
Experience Experience of working in a customer-service role
Experience of working administratively in an office environment
Experience of working in a grant making capacity / grant giving organisation.

Ability to communicate in Welsh, both written and spoken.
Strong relationship building skills.
