Oversee day and night operations, ensuring safety, security and excellent customer service at all times.
Lead, support and motivate colleagues to deliver a high-quality experience for customers and visitors.
Open and close the facility and carry out security, safety and site-wide checks in line with operational procedures.
Respond effectively to accidents, incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action when required.
Provide colleagues with information, instruction, induction and training to support safe and effective working practices.
Monitor operational standards and take action to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.

Experience in facility management or a supervisory role within a leisure, hospitality or similar environment.
Knowledge of health and safety legislation and safe working practices.
Strong communication and customer care skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Confident IT skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A First Aid at Work certificate, or a willingness to obtain one.
