Full Job Description

Industry: Leisure
Location: Ryde, Isle of Wight
Hours: 3pm - 7.30pm
Days: Monday - Thursday
Duration: Immediate start until approx. 17th July
Duties:
Planning and preparation of up to 110 meals per day, working to dietary and allergen requirements,
Costings and adherence to budgets,
Ordering, stock control and rotation,
Cleaning and maintaining equipment,
Adherence to quality, health and safety and hygiene standards, maintaining records.
Experience:
Must have previous catering experience, including menu planning and costing, preferably within high volume,
Must have a valid food hygiene certificate at Level 2 minimum,
Must have a current DBS clearance ( within the last 12 months or registered on the Update Service).
Must be able to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team.
Salary: £14.50 per hour worked
