Full Job Description

We are looking a Regional Reconciliation Administrator to join our team on a 6 months fixed term basis. This is an interesting role that will require the post holder to travel to our various Supported Living Services across the south including; Dorset, Cornwall, Cardiff and into London, reviewing and reconciling personal spends of the individuals that we support. A background in a finance role of some capacity will be essential for this role as you will be responsible for reconciling all spend and cash deposits against central records and receipts. A full UK drivers' licence along with access to your own personal vehicle is required as you will be needed to move from site to site, with regular hotel stays to limit your travel. Please note that you will be required to ensure that you are insured for business use on your vehicle. Due to the vulnerable nature of those supported within our group, the role will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.,

  • Reconcile all spend against personal monies and card transactions sheet
  • Ensure all receipts are attached and sense checked and any unusual trends in spend are flagged
  • Reconcile card payments
  • Provide regular feedback to the finance team on your findings and make timely escalations for any unusual spending activities
