Job ref: d8d3885d93e94d5f9dcf06777bd35821
Full Job Description
This one-year residential post provides invaluable pastoral and academic support to our boarders, in all areas of their school life as well as a fantastic experience which provides a platform for various career progression paths.
If you are keen in pursuing a career in teaching and can establish good relationships with young people, then we would like to hear from you.
In return, we can offer a memorable time working with lively and interesting students within a flourishing co-educational environment. In addition, you will be provided with a competitive salary, full-board accommodation in a boarding house (or school accommodation), access to a gym and swimming pool on site, a range of other staff benefits, and opportunities for continuing professional development and training.
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young people and enjoy being part of a busy and changing environment. You will be a team player with a positive "can do approach", with outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. In addition, you will always act with tact and discretion. The ability to support with coaching rugby, football and basketball would be an advantage.
A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people is essential, whilst experience of working in a school setting or in a coaching role is not essential but desirable.
We aspire to deliver exceptional every day, whilst creating a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals can thrive, find their exceptional, and be celebrated. Our 3 cornerstone values are Humility, Engagement and Kindness. If this sounds like a cultural fit for you, and you meet the job requirements, we would love to hear from you.

We encourage you to break that statistic and apply if you think you have what it takes to join us.
CLOSING DATE
The closing date for receipt of applications is Sunday 15th June 2025, however, please note that early applications are encouraged as they will be reviewed as received, and the vacancy may close early should a successful appointment be made.
