Full Job Description
You will play a key role in welcoming local and national companies to our creative venues and ensure we deliver a high-quality customer experience through managing teams to deliver front of house, bar and box office services. You will support Creative Venues and Events Manager in monitoring building maintenance and Health and Safety checks.
We are looking for people with an relevant experience in Arts, Culture or Creative events or venues experience, you will need to demonstrate effective organizational, people management and communication skills.
Hartlepool Borough Council is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
Creative Hartlepool are growing their team, by recruiting a part time Duty Officer to assist in delivering events in Borough Hall and Town Hall Theatre.
