Enfield Legal Services are recruiting a Senior Prosecutions Lawyer, this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and ambitious professional to join a friendly, committed and highly regarded in-house legal team to help deliver quality legal advice, as well as making a real contribution to the quality of life and sustainability of the borough. Specialising in Regulatory Prosecutions and prosecutions under the Housing Act 2004 and the Environmental Protection Act 1990, we are looking for an individual who is a real team player who is self-motivated and flexible.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in the relevant area and will be used to carrying a heavy caseload, working with minimum supervision. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to deal with people at all levels. If you want to be part of our journey, we would love to hear from you. The roles are open to Solicitors, Barristers or Fellows of CILEX.

This post is classified as a flexible worker and requires 2 days office attendance a week, although during the probationary period to support learning and assisting the post holder to excel in the role office attendance maybe up to 5 days per week.

Applicants are invited to submit a C.V. together with a supporting statement, addressing the criteria outlined in the job role and person specification of the role before the closing date. For more information, please see the attachments at the bottom of this advert.
