  • Providing strategic advice to clients in sectors such as retail, hospitality, real estate development, and corporate.
  • Drafting and negotiating key legal documentation, including contracts, leases, and development agreements.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering commercial, solution-driven legal advice.

A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 7+ years of PQE in commercial property law.
  • A strong track record of managing complex commercial property transactions independently.
  • A commercially astute and strategic thinker, capable of offering sound legal advice aligned with clients' business goals.

At Tees, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being and career growth, including: Professional Development: Access to training programs, and career development resources. Health and Wellness: Permanent health insurance, wellness programs, and mental health support. Financial Benefits: Competitive salaries and discretionary payments. Supportive Work Environment: An inclusive and collaborative culture that values diversity. Work-Life Balance: Generous annual leave, plus birthday off. At Tees, diversity and inclusion are the heart of our vision for a better and more equitable future. We embrace diversity in all its forms, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, and socioeconomic background. We recognise that by embracing diversity, we can harness the collective power of our employees and create a culture that promotes collaboration, empathy, and understanding. By prioritising diversity and inclusion, we believe that we create a more innovative, creative, and compassionate workplace.
