Full Job Description
We're currently looking to add our team based in the Nottingham, to support our clients who are victims of asbestos-related diseases such as mesothelioma, lung cancer, asbestosis and pleural thickening. The lawyers run a high value Multi Track caseload and deal with all aspects of running a case from initial interview to trial, which includes cases issued in the High Court. Representing claimants and victims of asbestos exposure , they demonstrate care, understanding and sensitivity to clients who are terminally ill or other family members who have been impacted by exposure to asbestos.
We are keen to hear from experienced and compassionate qualified Lawyer with a committed background of representing Claimants and victims of asbestos exposure, matched by a strong track record of running asbestos cases. As well as a natural ability to provide legal services with a personal touch, demonstrating empathy and understanding, a thorough working knowledge and understanding of the issues involved in dealing with Multi Track asbestos cases, such as funding, legal costs and the litigation process is key.
