Branch Administrator Job Norwich - Apply NowAre you passionate about customer service and looking to advance your admin career?Stannah is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our Norwich Service Branch as a Branch Administrator. This is a full time job, working hours Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.00pm and Friday 9am - 4.30pm.This administrator job offers you the chance to work in a dynamic environment with a team that values customer service and teamwork.Our ideal candidate would have previous experience working in a busy administrator job, and scheduling works.Administrator Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers, field engineers, and internal departments via phone and email, taking ownership of queries through to resolution.
  • Coordinate and schedule work for field engineers, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Process invoices, resolve billing queries, and maintain accurate records in our electronic database.
  • Generate reports using Excel to support various administrative tasks.
  • Perform general admin duties, photocopying, scanning, handling couriers, and managing post.

    Previous experience in an admin job or similar role is essential.
  • An NVQ in Administration or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent IT and numeracy proficiency are key for this role.
