We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Apprentice to join our team and support the smooth running of IT systems across our academy. Location: [Insert location] Contract: Full-time, Apprenticeship Qualification: Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship (with training provided) What You'll Do:

• Provide day-to-day IT support for staff and students
• Troubleshoot and maintain IT hardware and software
• Assist with system upgrades and planned maintenance
• Help manage and record IT assets
• Respond to service desk requests and escalate issues as needed
• Work collaboratively with the IT team to deliver a high-quality service
What We're Looking For:
• A keen interest in IT and problem-solving
• Willingness to learn in a hands-on environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and common IT tools
• A proactive and professional attitude
Desirable (But Not Essential):
• GCSEs (Grade 9-4/A-C) in English and maths
• Prior study in IT or digital subjects (e.g. BTEC, Cambridge Nationals)
• Some experience helping others with tech (formally or informally)
