Join Our Team - IT Apprentice Opportunity! Are you passionate about technology and ready to kickstart your career in IT? We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Apprentice to join our team and support the smooth running of IT systems across our academy. Location: [Insert location] Contract: Full-time, Apprenticeship Qualification: Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship (with training provided) What You'll Do:
- Provide day-to-day IT support for staff and students
- Troubleshoot and maintain IT hardware and software
- Assist with system upgrades and planned maintenance
- Help manage and record IT assets
- Respond to service desk requests and escalate issues as needed
- Work collaboratively with the IT team to deliver a high-quality service What We're Looking For:
- A keen interest in IT and problem-solving
- Willingness to learn in a hands-on environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and common IT tools
- A proactive and professional attitude Desirable (But Not Essential):
- GCSEs (Grade 9-4/A-C) in English and maths
- Prior study in IT or digital subjects (e.g. BTEC, Cambridge Nationals)
