Full Job Description
- Script Development: Create and maintain test scripts based on business requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage and traceability.
- Regression & Automated Testing: Execute regression tests and maintain automated testing suites to accelerate delivery and ensure system stability.
- Defect & Issue Management: Log, track, and drive resolution of defects, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- UAT Coordination: Lead user acceptance testing phases, including scripting, data preparation, and stakeholder coordination.

This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week. Hybrid working is available for this role working 2 - 3 days per week in the Exeter, Weston-super-Mare or Tolvaddon office, dependent on business need.
About The Candidate
To be successful in your application for the role of Quality Assurance Analyst, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see candidate information pack) and the following role specific skills and experience
Proven track record of test execution, including the maintenance and creation of test scripts.
- Experience in creating well-structured tests from business / technical requirements.
- An understanding of the test lifecycle, experience in the identification of test data requirements, test harnesses and test environments.
- Experience of working in an IT team to collaboratively deliver solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to clearly present technical information to non-technical colleagues.
- A systematic and planned approach with an ability to work under pressure, plan time effectively and work to deadlines.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques.
- Experience of working with Business Colleagues for requirements engineering.
- Degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Computer Science).
- Any BCS accreditation in Testing.
- Any other relevant testing qualifications.

Working Style: Hybrid working with 2 - 3 days in the office to support your work/life balance.
