Full Job Description
Le Product Owner sera chargé de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales pour recueillir et formaliser les besoins des utilisateurs. Voici les principales tâches à accomplir :
- Travailler en partenariat avec les équipes commerciales pour rassembler, analyser, et documenter les exigences commerciales et fonctionnelles.
- Assurer la liaison entre les parties prenantes, les développeurs Salesforce et les architectes techniques.
- Élaborer et mettre au point les histoires d'utilisateurs, des critères d'acceptation et des flux de processus métier à l'aide d'outils tels que Jira ou Confluence.
- Fournir une assistance pratique pour la configuration et les tests de Salesforce ; participer à la planification et à l'exécution de l'UAT.
- Mener des initiatives d'amélioration continue sur l'ensemble de la plateforme Salesforce, en accord avec les objectifs de l'entreprise., Salary, remote work... Define all the criteria that are important to you.

- 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Analyst, Consultant fonctionnel ou Product Owner.
- Connaissance du processus "lead to cash".
- Forte compréhension de la plateforme Salesforce, y compris des fonctionnalités déclaratives de Sales Cloud et de Service Cloud.
- Expérience confirmée de la collecte et de la traduction d'exigences complexes en solutions CRM évolutives.
- Certifications Salesforce Administrator et App Builder requises.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication, de documentation et de gestion des parties prenantes.
- Expérience de travail au sein d'équipes de livraison agiles (cadres Scrum ou SAFe).
