Full Job Description
As a Project Manager at Traka, you will oversee projects from the point of sale to installation, commissioning, testing, training, and ongoing support. You will be the primary customer contact, ensuring seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction. You would also be responsible for:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning to final sign-off, including internal meetings, progress tracking, and technical handovers.
- Travel across the UK to supervise the installation of Traka systems and software, conduct site visits, and train customers on effective system use.
- Ensure installations meet Traka's quality standards and comply with Health & Safety regulations on both Traka and customer sites.
- Provide technical support, document meetings and site reports, and maintain accurate records in Service Max, including escalation and feedback.
- Work closely with Sales, Technical Support, and R&D teams, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to business improvements and cross-functional coordination.

- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, with occasional overnight stays and possible overseas trips.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in managing others and leading project teams.
