As aData Analyst, youll work with our Data Manager to enhance the quality and utilisation of data across the business, enabling measurable service excellence for our customers and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards What could a typical week look like as a Data analyst? Working at LHP offers variety, challenge and the chance to make a real difference - but its not always easy. Were an organisation in transition, which means theres real scope to shape, influence and grow. Document findings and propose improvements to data capture workflows. 5. Work on cleansing plans and update centralised data requirement documentation. 6. Conduct root cause analysis of recurring data quality issues. 7. Join cross-departmental working group to align on data processing improvements. 8. Update and maintain centralised data requirement registers (moving away from Excel-based trackers). 9. Deliver or support a Data Literacy training session. 10. Collaborate with the Data Manager to align on Data Management Framework 11. Create visual dashboards or presentations for upcoming stakeholder meetings. 12. Reflect on progress made on cleansing plans and data quality initiatives.

Were a local housing association with our roots firmly fixed in our Grimsby and Boston communities, many of our colleagues were born in the same areas that we serve. This gives our teams an additional sense of purpose to improve the lives of our customers. Colleagues often say the people are the best thing about working at LHP - and that sense of togetherness is real. But we also know there are cultural gaps to address, as highlighted by a recent extensive audit. Were ready to address those challenges with honesty and commitment, and this role is crucial in helping us build the culture our colleagues deserve, and our customers expect. Check out ourYoutubechannel to hear some stories of what it's like to work here! As an LHP colleague, you'll receive a whole bunch of benefits, including: - An employee wellbeing package worth up to £1200 annually through our benefits partner Westfield Health
