We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help us keep our cloud services running smoothly and reliably. You'll be part of a friendly and skilled team working on everything from day-to-day support to exciting projects using Microsoft's latest tech, including Generative AI and automation tools. What you'll do:

• Keep our cloud systems healthy and efficient
• Work with a team of engineers to deliver top-notch infrastructure services
• Help design and build systems used by over 100,000 people
• Explore ways to automate manual tasks using Microsoft tools
• Share your knowledge and guide others on best practices

• Microsoft 365 (Copilot, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Loop, Power Platform, Exchange etc.).
• Building and extending Copilot Agents.
• Leveraging and optimising the use of Microsoft Graph and REST APIs.
• Using and securing Azure services, such as: Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure AI, Log Analytics/Sentinel.
• Debugging and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 workloads and custom solutions.
• Using the following languages: PowerShell/CLI, Kusto Query Language (KQL), YAML and in infrastructure as code language such as Bicep/ARM.
