Full Job Description
- Identify opportunities for data improvement and optimisation.
- Collaborate with the deployment team on project-level data conversion, including defining migration and transformation rules.
- Work closely with the D&T team to ensure proper sign-off on data loads and conversions.
- Manage and oversee data-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the data team, fostering a culture of data excellence.
We are seeking an experienced Data Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance and data conversion, with at least 15 years of relevant experience. This senior manager-level role is crucial for establishing and maintaining data governance across the business., Minimum of 15 years of experience in data governance, data conversion, and related areas.
- Proven experience in managing data projects and leading data teams.
- Strong understanding of various applications and ERP systems, with the ability to work across multiple systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and implement data strategies that align with business goals.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data migration and transformation processes.
- Familiarity with data governance tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
