• Must drive and have own vehicle (on-call rota)
• Ideally based centrally between sites (eg, Reading)
• Available immediately
?? Role Summary: Join a leading financial services group to support and maintain critical Data Centre infrastructure. You'll manage daily DC operations, support hardware and cabling, lead incident response, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams. This is a hands-on field-based role in a high-availability environment. ?? Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong DC operations background (ideally in financial services)
• Incident & fault management in critical environments
• Knowledge of ISO, PCI-DSS, BMS, PMS, HAC, cabling & compliance
• Experience with SOPs, asset lifecycle, capacity & vendor management
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder skills
?? Must have full driving license and car. ?? Field-based, covering Newport & Harlow sites.
