We'll provide you with a comprehensive training programme to enable you to get up to speed with our systems and processes.What you will be doing?

• Respond to requests made through the Service Desk and over the phone by user.
• Perform user administration tasks such as the setup of new starters and removing access from leavers.
• Support the businesses IT requirements.
  
  Ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills to effectively meet deadlines and adapt to change.
• Experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience.
• Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm to work in IT and develop a career in IT support.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft packages - Word, Excel, Outlook and Office 365.
• Experience as a First-Line IT Support Analyst.
• Experience with Active Directory user management.
• Knowledge of IT and cyber security principles.
• Knowledge of Wincdows operating system deployment.
• Driving licence.
