Full Job Description

  • Assisting clients with mid-term adjustments, documentation queries, processing and claims reviews.
  • Working closely with the account executives on larger cases
  • Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximise retention levels
  • Ensuring documentation and systems are accurate
  • Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders

    You'll ideally have a good understanding of insurance or come from an insurance background. However this is not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Your skill set should include strong communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, relationship management, IT and influencing skills coupled with an eye for detail.
  • You should also be comfortable in dealing with customer enquiries via phone, and email.

    We're expanding our team at InsureTaxi Fleet to ensure we continue providing an outstanding service to our clients. The team in Southport have been recording some excellent growth over the last few years and we need to make sure they are fully supported as we continue to grow.
  • Our growth and retention rates are fuelled by our people, so we want to look after them and make sure they can do what they do best - look after clients, this role is key to ensuring the team can carry on pushing forwards to win and retain more clients in the region.
