Full Job Description
As an account executive you will be responsible to look after a book of business. You will play a critical role in growing, retaining, managing and servicing your clients insurance needs. Your insights of the market and recommendations will contribute to the high retention of the business. As an Account Executives you will be the first port-of-call when it comes to claims, renewals and advising a client on the best policy for their lifestyle, needs and budget. You will have excellent customer service and able for building relations. you will have extensive knowledge of the insurance market and how to best adapt to the needs of the clients. About the candidate: House insurance experience A strong understanding of the insurance market and able to negotiate on behalf of your clients with insurers. Able to deliver first class customer servicesAble build relationship, this involves understanding client needs and personal circumstances. Able to assess clients risks and insurance needs, and subsequently developing a tailored insurance solution that provides adequate coverage at a competitive price. Attention to detail. Able to work with third parties as underwriters, claims handlers, loss adjutors, etc on behalf of your client. What do we offer in return? A career that you define.
