Full Job Description

  • Responding to client/insurer/third party enquiries by written or oral means.
  • Liaison with Account Executives in all aspects of account handling
  • Handle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and promote exceptional customer care standards at all times
  • Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and provide expert product advice and guidance
  • Actively secure renewal business by re-broking existing business to ensure the client is presented with the most suitable and cost-effective cover, We firmly believe in supporting the whole person, not just the employee.     Working knowledge of most insurance products
  • Experience of working as an Account Handler in a similar broking and sales environment
  • Experience of working to high standards of FCA compliance
