financial and operational performance targets Provide support and guidance to colleagues on lower license levels, signing off referrals and working on quality assurance To collaborate strongly with other departments to achieve the Company's goals in respect of service delivery Essential Skills To be successful in this role you will have: Technical underwriting skills in commercial property and/or casualty Proven track record of dealing with large and/or complex risks Capable of leveraging data and analytics Excellent trading skills and a confident negotiator. Proven experience in handling large cases. Strong ability to build, develop and maintain broker relationships. Achievement orientated, able to organise own workload to meet tight deadlines and with a positive attitude.
