Full Job Description
You'll manage a team of around 15 technical claims professionals handling high value and complex motor injury claims. Your role will be to drive performance, manage indemnity spend, and ensure excellent customer outcomes. You'll work closely with colleagues across underwriting, actuarial, and legal to influence strategy and improve our personal and commercial motor end to end systems. This is a key leadership role within our Major & Complex Claims (MCC) team, where you'll help shape the future of motor claims at Aviva.
This role is perfect for an experienced claims professional ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. If you have a deep understanding of motor injury claims, a passion for improving systems, and a desire to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be joining a team that values collaboration, innovation, and putting the customer first.,
- Strong leadership experience in managing technical claims teams.
- Deep knowledge of UK motor injury claims and the wider insurance market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACII) or equivalent experience.
- A strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovation and system improvements.
