Teaching Assistants wanted! We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and positive teaching assistants to join our amazing team. We are a very happy school with fantastic children in a very supportive community. You will be working within a team of dedicated professionals who work hard every day to provide the best experiences and education for our children. We are a three-form entry school which means you will have a strong team around you for guidance and support. You will have lots of opportunities to share your ideas - we are always looking for new and exciting ways to work. If you are ready for a new adventure at a school which is really going places, we would love to hear from you! We are looking to appoint several dedicated practitioners to work with children with SEND. This will be on a 1:1 basis and will be supported by a large team of colleagues in support of our amazing children across both sites.

We are looking for teaching assistants who can demonstrate:

• An enthusiastic and flexible attitude, committed to working as part of a team and dedicated to enabling children to flourish.
• A strong commitment to inclusion.
• Prior experience of working with children who have additional needs.
• High expectations for ensuring the best outcomes for children.
• Effective one to one, and small group classroom support.
