Significant experience delivering organisational development interventions in complex organisations.
Expertise in one or more of the specialist areas listed above.
Excellent facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working with senior leaders and executive teams.
Ability to build trusted relationships quickly.
Strong programme design and delivery capability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Appropriate coaching, facilitation or OD qualifications relevant to their specialism.
Professional indemnity insurance.
Experience working within the NHS or wider health and care system.
Accreditation with recognised professional bodies (e.g. EMCC, ICF, CIPD, ILM, Association for Coaching, BPS where relevant).
Experience supporting system-wide partnerships and organisational integration.
Expertise in culture change, inclusion or large-scale transformation.
