Full Job Description
As HR Coordinator, you will provide effective administrative support for HR, Security and Facilities ensuring procedures are adhered, to contribute to the smooth running of the functions and the achievement of company objectives. Responsibilities will include:
- Processing payroll for all employees ensuring payments are accurate and on time.
- Administering the recruitment process, providing candidate with a positive experience.
- Issuing HR related letters and documentation.
- Undertaking administration tasks in relation to the onboarding and induction process.
- Processing security vetting of employees.
- Maintaining HR systems and the training database.
- Answering general queries and questions from employees and prospective employees relating to the HR processes.
- Reporting on KPI's / HR activities.
- Supporting the maintenance of policies and procedures
- Attending meetings and provide HR guidance and support when required.
- Encouraging a continuous improvement philosophy and support recommendations to management team.
Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of HR systems is desirable but not essential. - Previous experience of working in administrative or customer facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the confidence to interact with employees and managers is essential
- Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under time pressure
- Attention to detail
- Skilled in organising tasks and establishing priorities
