Training & Systems Coordinator

Bristol £30,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience) - Permanent

We're working with a well-established organisation in Bristol to recruit a Training & Systems Coordinator.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in training, learning and development, onboarding, education, customer training or systems support who enjoys helping people build their skills and confidence in the workplace.

Working within a collaborative team, you'll support a range of learning initiatives and play a key role in ensuring colleagues have access to the tools, resources and support needed to succeed.

Key Duties

Coordinate and support learning and development activities across the business
Facilitate workshops, group sessions and one-to-one coaching where required
Develop and maintain training resources and knowledge materials
Support employee onboarding and induction programmes
Work closely with managers to identify training requirements and development opportunities
Respond to queries and provide guidance on internal systems and processes
Monitor training activity and evaluate feedback to support continuous improvement

About You

You'll ideally have experience in a training, learning and development, onboarding, education or systems-focused role and be confident communicating with people at all levels.

We're particularly interested in candidates with:

Training delivery or facilitation experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence producing written guidance and support materials
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
A positive and proactive approach to supporting others
