The HR advice centre sits at the heart of people services as a key administrative support function, working closely with each of these teams. Reporting to the employment services advisor, the team of 15 have an interesting and varied job role working with both internal and external customers. Tasks include:

Issuing Statements of Main Terms and Conditions and updates.
Processing employee updates on the council's HR/payroll system (iTrent).
Offer guidance and support on staff policies via email and phone.
Action and update records for the Teachers Pensions and Local Government Pensions Schemes.
