Lindner Prater is looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Apprentice to join our team in Reigate. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR knowledge and skills while gaining practical experience within a busy and supportive HR function.

Our HR team supports the business by helping attract, develop and support our people, and this role will provide exposure to a wide range of HR activities.

What You'll Do

Supporting recruitment activity, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews and communicating with candidates.
Assisting with new starter onboarding, including preparing documentation and coordinating pre-employment checks.
Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems.
Supporting the administration of employee changes, including contractual amendments and leavers.
Assisting the Payroll Supervisor with monthly payroll activities.
Coordinating training bookings and maintaining learning and development records.
Producing HR reports and supporting HR data administration.
Supporting HR projects and improvement initiatives.
Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
No two days will be the same, and you will have the opportunity to learn about all areas of HR while developing valuable workplace skills.

A qualification or degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related subject would be helpful but is not essential.

Training Outcome

Once qualified, the applicant can progress to a Level 5 in Human Resources Management.
