As Recruitment Officer you will be part of our HR team based on site here at Willand. This is a busy role where you will be processing all applications for our hourly paid employees. Duties include: - Ensuring all candidates within the ATS are processed in a timely manner - Conducting telephone prescreens with candidates and arranging on-site interviews - Working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements - Processing all right to work checks for new starters - Building relationships with external stakeholders and the community to help promote our job vacancies - Attend job fairs and proactively arrange similar marketing activity

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role whether that is 'in house' or within agency recruitment. Other suitable skills and experience include: - Demonstrable experience of high volume recruitment - Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking with candidates from different backgrounds - Confident balancing a variety of tasks and working flexibly depending on the needs of the business - Experience conducting interviews - Experience and good knowledge of right to work checks
