As part of our recruitment function, you'll manage end-to-end hiring for a values-driven charity, backed by a supportive team. You'll drive continuous improvement through smarter systems, insightful reporting, and our bold Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan to attract more diverse talent. You'll work closely with hiring managers, providing expert guidance to ensure recruitment is fair, effective, and inclusive. Collaborating with HR and Learning & Development colleagues, you'll help shape a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. As the Interim Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:
- Deliver an efficient and effective endto-end staff recruitment function for all the Scouts' departments
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the team's key objectives and programmes of work
- Contribute to the development of the Scouts' 'employer brand' and its approach to applicant attraction
- Keep up to date with trends in the labour market and good practice in recruitment, Please note we're not responsible for the content of job ads, as they're posted by the recruiter. We'll aim to resolve the reported issue and we'll use your feedback to improve the quality of our ads.
Ability to provide a customer focused recruitment service and gain respect from managers, staff and applicants - Excellent communications skills in writing and in person
- High level IT skills to make maximum use of our HRIS and ATS to produce analysis and reports
- Excellent customer focused approach
- Experience of managing a team
- Experience of in house recruitment activity across a broad range of jobs and specialisms
