Permanent | 20 hours per week (offering flexibility in working pattern) | All-year Round (52 weeks per year)£14,560 per annum (£27,300 FTE)Felsted is a leading day and boarding independent school based in a stunning village campus in North Essex. Founded in 1564 by Richard Lord Riche, who had been a Lord Chancellor under King Edward VI, Felsted today provides an exceptional holistic education to approximately 1100 boys and girls aged four to eighteen. We celebrated our 450th anniversary in 2014, one of only a handful of schools in the country that have claimed this historic milestone. We employ more than 160 teachers and 440 operational staff in a community orientated environment, ensuring our pupils receive the very best in learning and co-curricular activities. We have a great opportunity for an energetic, dynamic and experienced administrator to support the HR Department with the day-to-day operational HR including administration, recruitment, onboarding, offers and contracts

employee relations and DfE/ISI compliance. A professional, proactive, positive and flexible approach is vital in this fast paced and hard-working environment. Due diligence, versatility, resilience, attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to keep pace with extensive compliance checks is essential in this role.This role is a permanent position working 20 hours per week, all-year round (52 weeks per year).
