Full Job Description

The role of Senior Recruitment Assistant includes, overseeing all aspects of the Recruitment process from advertising vacant posts, supporting services to arrange interviews, sending offer letters and working with successful applicants to complete pre-employment checks. You will also be required to provide advice and support to recruiting managers on the recruitment process, system advice and areas of best practice.,

  • To work as a member of the Human Resources Recruitment Team in the provision of an effective, high quality, recruitment service for the Trust.
  • ensuring all administrative duties are undertaken in a timely manner
  • Provide support to colleagues and senior members of the HumanResources Recruitment Team in the establishment of processes and systems of within recruitment services.
  • To be the first point of contact for the recruitment team, as such, be expected to maintain high standards of customer service, courtesy, discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • To support the implementation and maintenance of recruitmentmanagement information systems.
  • To support the organisation and represent the Trust at Careers Fairs, Recruitment Events and Recruitment Training
