As Digital Learning Partner, you'll take the lead in designing, developing, and launching digital learning that's practical, inclusive and outcome driven. You'll have ownership of the Society's learning platform (LMS) and play a key role in embedding digital learning into the wider people development approach. From working with stakeholders to define learning goals, to evaluating what's working and what needs improving, this is a role where your digital learning expertise will really come into its own. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to lead on digital learning in a values-led, people-first organisation. Shaping strategy as well as delivery, with the autonomy to bring ideas to life. It's a standalone position, but you'll be well supported by a collaborative, forward-thinking team that cares deeply about making learning meaningful. What you'll be doing

• Creating accessible, high-quality digital learning content using a variety of tools and formats
• Collaborating with colleagues to define learning outcomes and design digital solutions that work
• Leading the development, improvement and engagement of the LMS, including external provider relationships
• Embedding digital learning across the Society, including regulatory and mandatory training
• Using data and insights to evaluate impact, identify trends, and support people-focused decision making
• Contributing to the wider skills and talent agenda, including skills mapping and capability growth
  
  Experience designing and delivering digital learning content, ideally using multiple platforms
• A strong understanding of adult learning theory and how to apply it in a digital context
• Confidence using digital tools, platforms, and learning systems to create engaging learning
• A collaborative approach - curious, open, and comfortable working across the organisation
• Experience in a regulated environment is a bonus, but not essential
