Client Support Senior Trust Administrator - Support Services Team

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Client Support Senior Trust Administrator - Support Services Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy team which is at the centre of all operational and transactional activity within HSBC's Trust operation in Jersey and gain a great understanding of Trust Company Business whilst working for one of the world's largest and most stable financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare minutes/resolutions for closing clients being put into liquidation and transferring to new service providers seeing the process through to the end.
- Regulatory filing Jersey, Annual confirmations through the API, Guernsey Validations, BVI fees.
- Preparation and validation of FATCA and CRS forms.
- Filing of Jersey Corporation Tax.
- Input and filing of safe custody documents.
Requirements
- Trust Administration experience to include knowledge in trust instruments and documentation as well as tax laws and regulatory laws.
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and adapt to short notice changes of tasks.
- Collaborator with good people skills.
