We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Client Support Senior Trust Administrator - Support Services Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy team which is at the centre of all operational and transactional activity within HSBC's Trust operation in Jersey and gain a great understanding of Trust Company Business whilst working for one of the world's largest and most stable financial institutions.


Responsibilities



  • Prepare minutes/resolutions for closing clients being put into liquidation and transferring to new service providers seeing the process through to the end.

  • Regulatory filing Jersey, Annual confirmations through the API, Guernsey Validations, BVI fees.

  • Preparation and validation of FATCA and CRS forms.

  • Filing of Jersey Corporation Tax.

  • Input and filing of safe custody documents.


Requirements



  • Trust Administration experience to include knowledge in trust instruments and documentation as well as tax laws and regulatory laws.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to manage a busy workload and adapt to short notice changes of tasks.

  • Collaborator with good people skills.
