Full Job Description
- Leading your teams to achieve and deliver excellent brand standards and customer service
- Maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs
- Processing stock counts and orders
- Partnering with the leadership team in setting targets for the team to achieve
- Spending time with Team Members to provide coaching and feedback, identifying training needs where needed
- Taking ownership of customer feedback, responding appropriately in a timely manner
- Supporting the team with preparing food and refreshments, Retention bonus payable subject to completion of KFC's Shift Leadership Programme, payment made in two 6 monthly instalments and pro-rata based on start date on contract
Previous experience of leading or supervising a team highly desirable - Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience
- Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions
- Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure Being a motorway services area means some of our sites will have either limited or no access through public transport, so please ensure to check that you are able to access the site before applying.
