Ensuring all pots, pans, utensils and crockery are cleaned to the highest standard
Deep cleaning fridges, ovens and storerooms to maintain sanitary and kitchen safety standards
Working with and taking direction from the chefs
Assisting with basic food preparation
Transporting food and equipment between the on-site kitchens and storage areas
Ensuring the correct use of all machinery and equipment
Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
Complying with Health & Safety regulations

We're looking for an enthusiastic Casual Kitchen Porter to join our dedicated catering team at Twycross Zoo. As a Casual Kitchen Porter, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment to maintain the kitchen areas to the highest levels of cleanliness.
