Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our fantastic team at Albert's Schloss. We're looking for someone to be a part of our management team, ensuring the smooth running of our Cook Haus Restaurant, managing our floor team, and having a particular focus on our guest's experience.
- Previous Restaurant Management experience, ideally from a fast paced, high volume venue; covering predominantly dry led sales
- Experienced in building an energised and engaged team
- Has a real authentic desire to develop from within
- Passionate about the hospitality industry
- Experience in a busy, fast paced business
- All the usual financial stuff… (we can teach all of that for the right person) Experience in the above is ideal, but passion is everything!
