Your main tasks as a Classroom Trainer will be to:

Deliver soft landing inductions in Food safety and Health & Safety to all new starters.
Deliver 3 yearly refreshers on Food Safety and Health & Safety to keep the site compliant.
Train out yearly refreshers from group.
Deliver yearly Toolbox talks.

As an Classroom Trainer, you will have a passion for delivering high standards within your job role. You will be prepared to learn and work well in a busy, fast paced environment.
Attention to detail
Adaptable to change
Good spoken/written English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Train the trainer, Level 3 food Safety. However, both can be achieved in Training.
