Full Job Description
- Lead and manage daily operations across multiple sites within your cluster.
- Coach and develop site managers and their teams to achieve excellence.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences across all locations.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Report on performance and contribute to regional strategic planning.
- Develop a motivated and high performing team committed to delivering clear goals
- Protect the health, safety and well-being of our customers and teams
- To represent PAUL UK at the highest level
- Nationwide travel required
