• Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and effectively
• Manage phone calls and emails in a polite and timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, Please note we do not offer any live in positions, your own transport will be required to get to work, public bus route also right outside.
