Full Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Good communication skills, To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong upselling abilities to maximize sales
- Excellent guest service skills to create a positive dining experience
- Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure compliance
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items to assist guests with their selections
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with kitchen staff and other servers
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
