What You'll Do:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage phone and email enquiries accurately and promptly
  • Use hotel systems such as Opera and Room Cloud (training provided)
  • Respond to guest queries, complaints, and special requests with care
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our services and property features
  • Support reservation processing, billing, and admin tasks
  • Contribute to a positive guest experience from start to finish

    Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (hospitality preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, with fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
