What You'll Do:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage phone and email enquiries accurately and promptly
- Use hotel systems such as Opera and Room Cloud (training provided)
- Respond to guest queries, complaints, and special requests with care
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our services and property features
- Support reservation processing, billing, and admin tasks
- Contribute to a positive guest experience from start to finish
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (hospitality preferred) - Strong communication skills, with fluent English (spoken and written)
- Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
