Full Job Description
- Provide frontline customer care and library support across all library spaces (physical and digital)
- Work with colleagues to create and manage online content
- Actively engage and interact with library users and colleagues
- Focus on one of the following areas and provide expertise to support library services: Operations and Service Continuity, Library Circulation and Membership, Support for Teaching, Learning and Outreach, Accessibility
Has experience of dealing with the public in a busy service environment. - Thrives by working collaboratively.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong enquiry management abilities.
- Enjoys building relationships and leading a team, You should have a minimum of three GCSE or equivalent qualification, at grade C or above, including English and Maths.
