Full Job Description
The Education Directorate wishes to appoint a School Project Planning and Implementation Officer on a job share basis to its Capital Team. The post holder will be agile, working from home, or in an agile working space in the Guildhall according to business need, and attend schools and sites when required.
The post holder will be a Delivery Group member and will have full responsibility for the leadership, management, resource planning, and delivery of assigned smaller scale capital projects and provide project support for major projects.
The role is a varied one and requires a flexible approach to duties to assist in the asset management and improvement of the school estate. The postholder will be able to demonstrate a good eye for detail, effective project planning and management abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.

£35,235 - £38,626 pro rata per year. A rewarding opportunity to lead and manage the delivery of school capital projects and support the delivery of major projects to benefit our learners, school communities, and future generations. This is a part-time position, working two full days per week (equivalent to 14 hours and 48 minutes).
