Full Job Description
In Peterborough Diocese, under the leadership of Bishop Debbie, we are praying, dreaming, consulting and planning about the way ahead for our mission and ministry. Are you being called to join us in the challenges, blessings and opportunities? This interim post is an expression of our commitment to support parish ministry in ways that enable creative outreach. We need an enthusiastic, collaborative priest who can work with people of all ages by:
- Caring and communicating.
- Delegating and developing others.
- Enabling the Ministry team and Wardens
- Being visible and known.
- With a sense of humour! The parishes commit to work with their priest to achieve the vision by being:
- Responsible for the fabric of the buildings
- The 'eyes and ears' in each parish.
- Confident to take on more responsibility.
- Welcoming, friendly and not too demanding!
