Governors at St Julian's School are looking to appoint a Business Support Assistant to work as part of the student support team, being based on our student reception.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an improving school, with high expectations and aspirations to become an outstanding school with the autonomy to research and promote new ability to work well as part of a team, adopting a flexible approach as required.
The School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive professional, who is a friendly and self-motivated team player, to join our Student Support Team.
Working hours are term-time only; 8.00a.m. to 3.30p.m. Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role these hours are not negotiable.
This role would be suitable for an exceptional candidate, who is committed to join a friendly and supportive team and who is willing to contribute to our positive and welcoming school ethos. The successful candidate will also play a key role as front of house on student reception communicating with students in the main but also with parents and staff.
The ideal candidate will work well under pressure, have excellent organisational skills, and have the ability to multitask. If you are an innovative, creative communicator, we would like to hear from you.
The successful candidate will be expected to give basic first aid when required as well as monitoring behaviour within the Student Reception in order to maintain a welcoming environment. Training will be provided where necessary.

Interview: 2 July 2025
Start Date: 1st September 2025
