Full Job Description
- focus on ministry, demonstrating wisdom and gentleness, as well as clarity and vision to people of all ages
- serve the needs of younger people and families to worship in our churches by introducing new initiatives
- have a willingness to engage with, and be part of, the local community
- enjoy working with our Primary School and Shiplake College
- develop and encourage community use of our beautiful buildings which may translate into attendance at services You will not be on your own. We have dedicated Associate Priests, Churchwardens, Benefice Administrator, Lay Leaders, two strong committed PCCs and loyal parishioners. We are supportive of flexible working patterns.
